This document is a summary of a large study that delivers a thorough analysis of the Phnom Penh market economy and highlights the challenges and opportunities for employment for vulnerable youth in Phnom Penh titled “The Phnom Penh Employability and Entrepreneur Potential Assessment: 2014 (EEPA)” by Aide et Action. It provides recommendations upon which Aide et Action will base the program design and curricula for its Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) program. It was informed by a joint study by The Australian Red Cross and AEA, “Identifying Barriers to Employment for Youth with Disabilities“ (2013), funded by AusAID.
