For 40 years Aide et Action has been committed to ensuring
quality education for all. We have made early childhood one of our priority areas of intervention as early childhood care and education lay the foundations of lifelong learning and well-being. This component is an integral part of basic education and is a right for all children.
Research shows the clear the beneficial effects that early childhood produces on abilities, academic success and future prospects of children. This is why, for the years to come, we have decided to strengthen our strategy in this area, prioritizing innovative approaches to improve cognitive development and children’s learning outcomes from birth to eight years old.
In this issue of our Magazine, discover how we support young children in
Laos, India, Togo, and around the world to build a strong foundation to enable them to become educated future citizens with more agency over their own lives. We hope you enjoy reading about our work to-date.
